Oleander House accepts American Express, Master Charge and Visa. Credit card information is required at the time the reservation is made. The card must be valid through the dates of stay. This information can be provided to us on-line, by e-mail or phone.
Our Reservation Desk is open 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Pacific Standard Time. Our Check-in time is between 3:00 and 6:00 p.m. and Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Let us know if you need a later check-in appointment.
Children 12 and older are welcome. Children must be supervised at all times in consideration of the Inn and other Guests.
There is a (2) night minimum stay on all weekends and (3) night stay on all holiday weekends.
Our priority is to keep rooms fresh for all guests and the grounds litter free. Guests who smoke in the rooms will be assessed a $150.00 minimum charge to their credit cards.
The inn is not set up to accommodate guests pets.
There is a two week cancellation policy. We regret that for cancellations that occur after the two week deadline we will charge you for each room night that we are unable to re-book. This policy also applies to late arrivals and early departures. A cancellation charge of $25.00 will be charged for all cancellations prior to the 2 week deadline and a charge of $50.00 per night for all re-booked room nights.
